Arrival and departure
On your day of arrival, the accommodation will be available from 4pm.
If you arrive earlier, you can already use our on-site facilities
You are requested to leave the accommodation by 12 o’clock on your day
of departure. The accommodation has to be neat and tidy when vacated. This
means that the dishes have to be done, the rubbish has to be put into the
container, the kitchen unit has to be cleaned and the linen (bed, bath and
kitchen) has to be collected and left at the door.
Payment
Na uw reservatie aanvraag gaan wij na of de door u gekozen periode nog
vrij is. Als deze periode nog vrij is, krijgt u een schriftelijke bevestiging
met de details van uw aanvraag en de gegevens volgens de gewenste betalingswijze.
Following your reservation request, we check availability. If the period
of your choice is still available, you will receive a written confirmation
with the details of your request and the data for the preferred payment
method.
Vervolgens wordt er een voorlopige boeking gemaakt en houden wij uw reservatie
aan gedurende 1 week.
A provisional booking is made and your reservation is kept for a week.
Uw reservatie wordt definitief bevestigd op het ogenblik dat uw betaling
door ons wordt ontvangen.
Your reservation will be definitely confirmed as soon as we receive your
payment.
De aanbetaling bedraagt 30 % van de reissom.
The deposit is 30% of the cost of the journey.
Het resterende bedrag dient u te betalen ten laatste een maand voor uw
aankomst.
The outstanding amount is to be paid at least one month prior to your arrival
date.
Indien wij uw betaling 14 dagen na reservatie niet ontvangen hebben, hebben
wij het recht de reservatie ongedaan te maken en het verblijf aan een andere
partij te verhuren.
If we have not received your payment within 14 days following your reservation,
we have the right to cancel the reservation and rent the accommodation to
a third party.
Helaas kunnen wij geen ongebruikte nachten terugbetalen. Indien u vroeger
dan voorzien zou vertrekken bent u evenwel genoodzaakt ons te vergoeden
voor de volledige termijn zoals overeengekomen bij bevestiging van de reservatie.
In case of early departure, you will be liable for the full amount of the
cost of your stay as agreed at the time of reservation.
Deposit
You have to pay a deposit to rent the accommodation.
The deposit is € 100 and needs to be paid together with the outstanding
amount at least one month before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded if the room is in good condition upon vacating
and no damage was caused.
